If you would like to book Shippon Cottage, please check out the availability calender and click on the date you have in mind to book. Prices are inclusive of heating, hot water, bed linen, towels and WiFi. There are no additional charges. The minimum length stay is two days and the maximum is two weeeks.
Booking and payment
Bookings and payment may be made online.
Payment will be required as a 20% deposit at the time of booking and the balance 6 weeks before arrival.
Bookings will be confirmed, by email.
If you cancel 1 week or less from the start of the holiday then there will be no refund of payment. If you cancel 2 weeks or les from the start of the holiday then 50% of the full payment will be refunded. If you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to the start of the holiday then money other than the 20% deposit will be returned. Please arrange suitable travel insurance.
Arrival, departures, damages and numbers staying
Your accommodation will be available from 4 p.m. on your arrival day. Check out is by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. It may be possible to check in earlier or check out later but only by prior arrangement.
On departure, we ask that guests leave the property in a clean and tidy condition as found on arrival.
Guests are responsible for our costs incurred in making good any damage done to the property and its contents caused by you as the person making the booking.
The number of people occupying the property must not exceed the number stated in the booking confirmation unless by agreement prior to your arrival date.
Dogs
Shippon Cottage does not accept dogs.
Children
Shippon Cottage welcomes children. We have a travel cot and high chair and selection of children's crockery and cutlery. Please supervise children around the secret door and the dolls house. We also have a small selection of toys.
No smoking
Shippon Cottage is a strictly no smoking property.
